Because coffee is a perishable food product:

• All coffee sales are final

• We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products

• We cannot accept returns due to taste preferences or ordering errors

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

​If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement item

• A store credit

• A refund (at our discretion)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bendito Java LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit:

• Please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim

• Resolution depends on the carrier’s investigation outcome
